Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for a refund.

Please note that the customers are responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.

  • Simply email us Customer Care or call, than we will send you the address where you can ship back your package.

  • You must include the original invoices with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice whether you need store credit or refund.

  • Our Return Center will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You can expect a replacement or refund within 10 to 15 business days from the day we receive your package.
